Maua Project – 900 Water Wells Program
The Maua Project involved the implementation of a 900-water-wells program, carried out in collaboration with Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (RUWASA). The project aimed to improve access to safe and reliable water for communities by providing sustainable water infrastructure and supporting improved water supply services.
Challenge: Limited access to reliable and safe water sources in several communities.
Solution:
Conducted site assessments and identified suitable locations for water wells.
Implemented standardized and efficient well-development processes.
Worked closely with RUWASA and local stakeholders throughout the project.
Techinology The project incorporates SonaTap Water Prepaid System, a smart digital water management solution designed to improve the management and sustainability of water supply services.
Results:
900 water wells were successfully implemented as part of the program.
Improved access to reliable water sources for local communities.
Introduction of smart prepaid water management through the SonaTap system.
Strengthened water-supply infrastructure in the targeted areas.
Badilisha Maisha Mpwapwa Project
The Badilisha Maisha Project involved the construction of water infrastructure in 23 villages, including 9 water systems and 255 water collection points. The project was implemented in partnership with Water for People Tanzania, in Mpwapwa District, Dodoma Region. Upon completion, the project was officially launched on 28th April 2026 by the Minister of Water, Hon. Jumaa Aweso (MP).

Dambia Hydom Project
The Dambia Hydom Project is a water supply project involving Distributed Points (DPs). The project encompasses a total of 192 double-tap DP water points. Of these, 62 water points have been fully completed, from construction through to installation, while 23 DPs are still in the implementation stage. This project is being implemented in Yaeda Kati, Dirim, Bashay, and Garboshi, in Mbulu District, Manyara Region. The project began in December 2025.

Angalicana DMDO Mtama Masasi Project
This project involved the construction of 31 water points (Distribution Points, single tap). It was carried out in the villages of Chiute, Mikongi, Lindiwandwali, Maundea, and Maindwang, in Masasi District, Lindi Region. The project was implemented in March 2024.
The project has significantly improved access to clean and safe water for residents of these villages, reducing the time and distance previously spent fetching water. This has also contributed to better health outcomes by lowering the risk of waterborne diseases, while giving communities — especially women and children — more time for other productive activities such as farming, education, and household development.
